How we work

We're AI-native. Our founder leads design, makes key product decisions and ensures each product follows the company's values. We work alongside AI across design and engineering, so we can ship carefully made products at the pace of a much larger studio.

Chanel Ramluckan

Founder and Director

Chanel is a game designer with a Bachelor of Computer and Information Sciences in Game Design and Development from Vega School, and an Honours degree in Digital Arts from the University of the Witwatersrand. She founded Turqora Tech to put the craft of game design to work for people's wellbeing.

As founder and director, she sets the company's vision and strategy, decides what Turqora builds, leads design across every product from TurqoraV to AVARA, and runs the business day to day.
